Defining the design problem
Our design starts with understanding the problem.
We consider the user experience, how we interact with the product and go through a series of trade studies to assess a variety of possible design options.
Often this step has involved us surveying the potential customers for the client to better frame the problem and what is going to be the most effective solution.
Design Iteration
In this phase we rapidly prototype and evaluate the possible solutions, quickly ruling out ideas which will not work and converging on the optimal design solution.

Once we are happy that the prototype is working effective we will baseline the design and move into testing and commercialisation phases.
