STEM RECYCLE ROBOT

Cyborg Dynamics Engineering partnered with the Grace Lutheran College, Skills Generation and IETMCS to design and engineer the Recycle Robot, a kit for Cert 2 trade students to develop and teach them about robotics. Cyborg undertook this project at community rates with an additional 50% of work in kind for upgrades and improvements.

The product went from design to commission in 8 weeks including custom PCB design. It features line following capabilities, 360 degree proximity sensing, emergency sensing and 3 hour run time. The product was subsequently upgraded to allow it to be a ‘bolt together’ product for schools to also build the chassis.
